Reformer Pilates

To keep you interested we combine mat Pilates and small equipment, with Reformer Pilates in all classes and 1:1′s.’The Reformer’ uses resistance to make all stretches, strengthening and balance exercises more effective. This allows for a huge variety of exercises ensuring you will never get bored! The varying resistance also means that it can be adapted for beginners, those injured or challenge even the most advanced. Using this sleek piece of equipment, and with the guidance of a Physiotherapist, you can exercise all parts and dynamics of the body in many different ways.

Class size:

At Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates we place a strong emphasis on performing exercises correctly and safely. That is why our class sizes only have a maximum of 3 people in any class. We feel this small class size allows you to get the maximum benefit from attending a class, and achieve your goals.

How to begin?

We do a 1:1 45 minute Initial Assessment for each individual before beginning Pilates. The Chartered Physiotherapist will talk with you about your goals, and any past/present injuries or medical history. Then we will look at your posture, strength, and movement patterns to help us develop an appropriate Pilates program for you.
