Physiotherapist & Womens Health Specialist
Roisin qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2016. Since then she has worked at Reform where she has progressed on her skill set and become more specialised.
Roisin made a decision early on in her career to specialise in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. It was an area she felt needed to be advocated for at the time, and one that she felt was an important addition to the clinic. She has completed many post graduate course in pre/post natal Physiotherapy, urinary incontinence and prolapse.
Roisin’s other area of interest is running injuries. As a keen runner herself, Roisin understand the impact it can have on helping to keep you fit and active and keep those stress levels down.
I decided on Physiotherapy as a career option from seeing Physiotherapists myself in my teens for sport related injuries. I found improvement was really impacted by wanting to do the exercises and enjoying doing them. Therefore, I am a firm believer that exercise can be adapted for everyone’s lifestyle and routine- the best exercise is the one you want to do! I really love this element of Physiotherapy- individualising exercise plans to suit the person!
