What I like Most About Physiotherapy?

I love meeting a wide variety of personalities, and the challenge of adapting different treatment plans to suit the individual in order to have the best long term results. I particularly enjoy building up a rapport with clients throughout their treatment, and find it extremely rewarding to see my clients reach their own specific goal- no matter how small or big it is! In recent years, I have thoroughly enjoyed treating more complex chronic pain, and feel very grateful to be able to help people who have suffered for a long time with pain.

What I Do in My Spare Time?

I have 2 young children at home that take up most my spare time to be honest! I also have a horse, Bill, and go horse riding a few times a week. I love the gym and keeping active, and will always prioritise at least 3 exercise sessions in every week.
