I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. I have broad clinical experience across respiratory, neurological, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal services in both acute and outpatient settings. Before doing my Physiotherapy degree, I spent two years on a Division 1 tennis scholarship at Elon University, North Carolina, where I studied Exercise Science.
I completed my Clinical Reformer Pilates teaching qualification at Reform and have lots of experience teaching different level group classes. I am also a qualified tennis coach with four years’ experience teaching the sport to all ages.
I am passionate about patient-centred, individualised care, and empowering patients to take an active role in their own health and rehabilitation. I love seeing patients achieve their personal goals.
In my spare time I love hiking, or going for long walks with my dog. Always with some music in my ears!
