Abby is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist with current practicing membership of the Irish Society of Chartered.

Abby graduated with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy from UCD in 2018.

Abby has spent the last 6 years living in Australia and New Zealand where she has worked as a physiotherapist and completed her APPI Pilates training.
Abby is a passionate, caring and exercise focused Physiotherapist who loves to work with people to find the route of their pain and work collaboratively to achieve your goals.

What I like Most About Physiotherapy?

I love building meaningful connections with people and helping them to achieve their goals to continue living the life they love. I like seeing people throughout their Physio therapy journey and seeing the progress and the effects of Physiotherapy treatment and management. 

What I Do in My Spare Time?

In my spare time I enjoy keeping active with running and Pilates. I am a big foodie and love eating out trying different places. I also love travelling , 

and exploring new destinations – near and far! I enjoy planning and organising trips to discover hidden gems.
