What I like Most About Physiotherapy?

I am a people person and I love that my job involves interacting with people all day! A lot of people I see have had pain that has gone on a long time, or that keeps coming back. I love working with these people and helping them to better understand their pain and its causes, and then helping them use this information to achieve their goals!

What I Do in My Spare Time?

I love to keep active! I enjoy running and strength and conditioning in the gym and through pilates. Besides exercise, I am a keen reader and enjoy playing with my cavalier King Charles, Charlie!

Special Interests in Physiotherapy:

Tendinopathies & overuse injuries
