What I like Most About Physiotherapy?

I love that as a Physio I am afforded the time to really get to know my patients, working together to create and achieve goals which are meaningful to them. I love providing a holistic an individualised approach to my patients care.

What I Do in My Spare Time?

I enjoy listening to and playing music, reading and keeping active with Pilates, running, hiking (I am also a fair weather Golfer!). I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible and believe in making the most of movement, fresh air and nature in order to take care of my own physical and mental well being!
