Chartered Physiotherapist

Mark is a Chartered Physiotherapist, graduating from the Royal College of surgeons with a B.Sc in Physiotherapy in 2024. He also holds a B.Sc. in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University and an M.Sc. in Sports Performance from the University of Limerick.

Mark specialises in exercise therapy and has broad experience working with people across the lifespan, from children to older adults. Prior to working as a physiotherapist he worked as a strength and conditioning coach, fitness instructor and personal trainer, developing a strong understanding of exercise, physical performance and long-term health.

Since qualification as a physiotherapist he has used exercise therapy to help support individuals managing a range of chronic health conditions, including osteoarthritis, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, cancer, and Parkinson’s disease, tailoring the exercise and treatment to each individual’s needs, abilities and goals.

As a physiotherapist he loves building relationships with his patients and thrives off helping them work to achieve their goals and help improve their overall health.

In his spare time Mark enjoys training in the gym and spending time with his family and his baby daughter.
