Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve balance and mobility, support recovery, and enhance performance. All classes are run in a small, bespoke training environment.
We offer both 1:1 and 3:1 small-group sessions, all led by chartered Physiotherapists with a special interest in strength and conditioning. Each participant receives a tailored program based on their individual goals, whether that’s improving general fitness, recovering from injury or surgery, or complementing an existing training routine.
Our space is ideal for those who prefer a focused, supportive setting which is perfect for anyone who doesn’t enjoy the atmosphere of a commercial gym but still wants professional guidance and effective training.
